AIM International – Mary has sent off the revision of the Biblical Studies Curriculum, the date set was for the 20th January. Pray for the committee there in Namibia, and all those involved, that this will go forward to the next step. The Hooker family enjoyed their brief visit home (and coped with the cold weather!). Please Pray for all those working in Namibia.
BMS World Mission – Please Pray this month for workers in Tunisia, where, despite its western feel and modern outlook, it is very difficult to stand for Christ. New workers are still needed! Home Mission – There are copies of Baptist Life in the Welcome Area. Please take a copy and read how the Lord has been reviving a “dying” congregation in Bedfordshire and establishing a new French-speaking one in London. It also contains a Prayer Guide for the next three months. Tear Fund – Thank you to those who added their Prayers to the Prayer Tree on Christmas Day. Please continue to remember Gloria and her Grandmother Josephina, and the village church in Fombe, Malawi. Thank you, too, for the Offering given, £405.27. TLM – This year The Leprosy Mission is focusing on Nepal as it celebrates World Leprosy Day on Sunday 31st January. This day is a wonderful opportunity to join with people around the world in Praying for those affected by leprosy and those working to eliminate the causes and consequences of the disease. LCM – Please remember all those who work in our capital city with London City Mission, especially the Stewart family. Kathryn is facing and operation this coming week (13th January), and little Sam has many problems. Pray that God will sustain them all, especially dear Will as he cares for his family.
