How to Diffuse Anger
1. Admit Your Anger
Ephesians 4:25-26 each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to each other… “In your anger do not sin”

Proverbs 19:11 A man’s wisdom gives him patience;
Root causes of anger I feel unaccepted, unappreciated, unsupported, uncertain…

Ephesians 4:26-27 “In your anger do not sin” Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.

Do not use harmful words in talking. Use only helpful words, the kind that build up The Battle of the Seven “C’s”
